A great idiom...
If you LOSE YOUR TEMPER, you suddenly show strong anger.
Examples:
A car almost hit my car. I LOST MY TEMPER and shouted at the driver.
The boy was very naughty. His mother suddenly LOST HER TEMPER and hit him.
Customers sometimes LOSE THEIR TEMPER when the service is slow.
My father is not a patient man. He LOSES HIS TEMPER easily.
